Our classes are not associated or related to any entity, whether governmental, state, or private, that is responsible for the education process in and outside of Puerto Rico.

We are not a state-accredited institution and our courses do not contain any credit-bearing value within any school or university institution.

Reproduction, distribution, or resale without express authorization is prohibited.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyrights law and is subject to applicable legal provisions.

J. Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. For courses:

Money-back guarantee within 48 hours if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds only in specific cases such as technical issues, double purchases, or inaccessible content.

To process this, you must send an email to rubencitosmusicservices@gmail.com and fill out a request. In the case of specific issues, you must provide proof of the problem likes photo or video.

Courses are not refundable if the user has completed more than 25% of the content.

If the course includes downloads of exclusive material, the cost of said material will not be refundable.

Refunds are not allowed for promotions or special discounts.
2. For subscriptions:

If a payment is not processed successfully, we will attempt to process it again within 3 days. If the payment continues to fail, the subscription will be automatically canceled.

Monthly subscriptions have a 48-hour money-back guarantee if canceled within 7 days of payment. If you cancel on any day of the current month, access will be honored for the full period of the month paid for.

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee period. If you cancel within this time, you will receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. However, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the content until the end of the current period.

Cancellations can be made directly from your account on the platform or by sending an email to rubencitosmusicservices@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. For merchandise:

Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after placing the order.

For personalized or custom-made products, cancellations will only be accepted within the first 12 hours after placing the order, as production begins quickly.

To cancel an order, you can do so through your account on the platform or by sending an email to rubencitosmusicservices@gmail.com with the subject "Order Cancellation" and including your order number. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and the status of the refund.

If you cancel your order within the established timeframe, you will be refunded the full amount paid. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns are accepted for defective products, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rubencitosmusicservices@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or the item is incorrect.

Once the returned product is received and verified, you will be refunded the full amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs.

The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for final sale products or personalized items.
